Drink water to loss Weight

  1. Drink water instead of sports drinks, soda and coffee. If you strictly drink water with every meal, you will cut out almost 40% off your daily calorie intake. Less calories consumed in a day equates to weight loss.
  2. Step 2
    Drink a glass of water when you first wake up. This will help jump start your metabolism and wake your body up faster.
  3. Step 3
    Drink a half a glass of water before each meal. Doing this will make you eat less because your stomach will already have something in it.
  4. Step 4
    Don't drink too much water. Too much water can actually be bad for you. Drinking too many glasses of water a day will flush your body of vital nutrients and electrolytes that it needs.
